The much joked about Isetta Bubble Car, actually a BMW. The 3 wheeled bubble car had an aircooled motorbike engine and the door is at the front with the steering gear attached. Jasper Carrot once quipped that if you parked your Bubble Car to far into the garage, you couldn't get out of the car !
