Custom Hillman Minx??

OK, another fine custom car job that I don't recognise... I think it's actually an old Hillman MInx - but check out the work - metallic green paint with gold flames, roof chop, moon discs, lotsa chrome, custom chrome grill, side pipes and lense flare... or did I accidentally expose the film? I think I see an old Citroen in the background...
